She joined a local “boot camp class” and wanted to never go back after the 1st day but she kept going and went on to run many road races (5,10,15 20K races) completed in 2 tough mudders and many other events, she fell in love with exercise and how it not only helps your health but also your mental health. In 2011 she decided to take her love and passion to the next level and spend 3 years working in a gym and training for her personal training qualifications and in December 2014 she become a fully qualified personal trainer.
